  • You've cut back but are you making healthy choices about what you're eating? Also, I'd cardio in your workout routine? Consider how your clothes fit too. You may be losing inches but not pounds.

  • You did mention kjs but yes, you can sync your fitbit to the app which is so convenient. Simply log foods in MFP & fitbit will calculate your calories to be updated. Good luck!
  • I think you should consider what you were doing to drop those 5 lbs. How long did it take? Have you changed your eating habits/exercise routine since then? It's good to switch up your exercise routines to keep your body from getting too used to a particular workout. Also, log everything! I assume your calorie goal is 1200.…

  • I have a fitbit charge HR & loved it at 1 point. I still wear it daily & actually don't feel right without, but I've lost some motivation to keep up with exercising & eating right. I like when I know I've reached my goals for the day though.

  • I am in a similar situation. For a few days or so things are going great, then it all goes downhill. I get stuck there because I figure well, Ive already screwed up. I become miserable & feel down also. The crazy thing is I actually don't mind the workouts, its the not eating certain foods that gets me.

Sometimes it's hard for me to believe I'm actually losing or I can't tell at all depsite what people say but fitting into jeans I originally bought too small proves it.
