Weight loss help

Hi... looking for some support here.. I've cut down my calories and eat healthy I've started to exercise a mixture of high and low intensity work outs however I'm struggling to see results.. I feel like I've lost weight but I don't look like I have if that makes sense.. also when I step onto the scales they show no weight loss.. :(

    About 6 weeks... I feel like I'm gaining muscle my arms feel less meaty.. however my body looks the same

    Age? Height? Current weight? Goal weight? How many calories are you eating, and how are you measuring them? I see you're new here, so how have you been tracking calories?

    You've cut back but are you making healthy choices about what you're eating? Also, I'd cardio in your workout routine? Consider how your clothes fit too. You may be losing inches but not pounds.

    I'm 23 and 5ft 1. Currently 10.7 stone wanted to loose a stone by xmas but don't think it will be the case. Want to come down to around 8.7 stone. I'm having about 1200 calories, yes I use a food scale

    I'm doing a 45 minute workout every morning five days a week and trying to keep active through the day

    Everything I eat is healthy I've totally scrapped the Junk food and first drinks. I do a mixture of running and jogging on the treadmill.
