I definitely do a 10-15 min. cardio warm-up before i do strength. I guess i just want to be able to count every calorie burned in my routine that i can. I try and keep the bare minimum calories burned during strength training. Most of the time I use a calculation from an internet site so i get an idea of what i might have…

So does the 10,00 calories mean what you burn at the gym only or what you burn at the gym plus the calories that you did not consume each day??

I know exactly how you feel. We are having a "chrismas dinner" for my mother-in-laws b-day tomorrow! everyone makes amazing food. the hardest pat will not to eat the gravy. Its homemade, they use the fat and grease from the cooked Ham to make it. I am going to munch on lots of veggies. Good luck to the both of us!!!
