Try the panasonic hooked air buds. There water proof at latch on to the inside of your ear. Superb when doing aerobics and they're cheap too.

No its more dense then fat. One pound of fat is the same as one pound of muscle. This means a small amount of muscle is heavier then a larger amount of fat.

I have to disagree with the last comment. The Venus Factor worked for both myself and my mom.
