I cooked rolled oats and added a half cup of frozen berries, a table spoon of almond butter, a half cup of vanilla flax milk, one scoop of vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, and a half teaspoon vanilla extract.0

I usually eat a sliced up apple and banana with cinnamon and 2 tlbs of almond butter or two hard boiled eggs. Or I will eat a big bowl of berries. Either way I always start my day with fruit! And coffee with a little soy creamer.0

It's so unbelievably filling and quite worth the 560 calories.
Kickstarts my day with carbs, fats, and lots of protein. In fact, if I don't eat this meal, I'm usually struggling to hit my protein/fat macros for the day!0 -

I buggered up my breakfast this morning. I had my usual 1/2 cup of Oatmeal and Cup of skim milk with ground Flax Seeds. I thought I would add some protein instead of eggs so stirred in some Vanilla Whey Powder. Oh it was bloody awful, the whey just solidified and caused lumps and I had to shovel it in. Still grimacing just thinking of it...0
