    Breakfast included: apple, banana, satsuma, apricots, prunes, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds, low fat Greek-style yoghurt, orange juice and tea.

    1/3 cup plain oatmeal, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup mixed berries and a mint berry tea with just a tiny bit of organic honey.

    The ground up soul of the moron who cut me off because she was texting while driving. Her spirit was succulent and tasty, but the crunchy Prius outside was a bit bland.

    peanut butter cheerios with skim milk and a protein drink. Not bad, but i liked yesterday's Cacao Mint Chip Ice Cream breakfast better.

    1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
    1 banana

    ...and a side of multi vitamins

    520 calories of goodness.

  • how do you eat the hemp where it doesn't ping you on a drug test? I ate hemp seeds from heb for 3 days then took an at home drug kit and it showed a positive result for THC? I took the same test again and got the same result. I quit eating the seeds that very day. are you supposed to do something special to them? cook them maybe?

    Included: Lots of spinach, Trader Joe's Green Juice (lots of great nutrients and tastes yummy!), apple slices, 1/2 banana, mixed berries, chia seeds and some stevia for sweetness. :) Makes enough for me and the hubby. Tasty and healthy! :)

    3oz of sweet potato, 2 thin slices of bacon and 4 egg white all scrambled together. It is what I have for breakfast about 90% of the time. I like a routine!

    That being said, I don't believe it's a good idea to impose your own ideology on your cat. I think you should keep an open mind and wait until your cat reaches the age of reason and can decide for his or her own self.
