    Sweet potato microwave cake and french vanilla protein coffee. Delicious!

    I cooked rolled oats and added a half cup of frozen berries, a table spoon of almond butter, a half cup of vanilla flax milk, one scoop of vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, and a half teaspoon vanilla extract.

    I usually eat a sliced up apple and banana with cinnamon and 2 tlbs of almond butter or two hard boiled eggs. Or I will eat a big bowl of berries. Either way I always start my day with fruit! And coffee with a little soy creamer.

    Breakfast part 1: oatmeal, banana, blueberries, milk
    Intermission: 4 mile walk
    Breakfast part 2: whole wheat pitta, peanut butter
  • Apple and a bowl of oatmeal.
  • Oh and let me not forget a tall glass of orange juice.

    COFFEEEEEE with cinnabon creamer!! Just to start. Soon I will be making 1 egg, 2 egg whites with cheddar cheese, 2 slices of whole wheat toast and 2 slices of turkey bacon. Yum

    Apple and Steel Cut Oatmeal with some Back to Nature Granola mixed in.
    Usually keeps me full from 7AM to noon.

    Greek yogurt with frozen strawberries and coffee with cream. And then I got to work and my boss had made homemade donuts, so I had one of those. So good!

    It's so unbelievably filling and quite worth the 560 calories.

    Kickstarts my day with carbs, fats, and lots of protein. In fact, if I don't eat this meal, I'm usually struggling to hit my protein/fat macros for the day!

    I had an Herbalife Dolce de Leche shake with 2 TBS peanut butter and a whole banana made with fat free milk. 468 total calories of deliciousness!

    I buggered up my breakfast this morning. I had my usual 1/2 cup of Oatmeal and Cup of skim milk with ground Flax Seeds. I thought I would add some protein instead of eggs so stirred in some Vanilla Whey Powder. Oh it was bloody awful, the whey just solidified and caused lumps and I had to shovel it in. Still grimacing just thinking of it...
