I'm sorry I just have to say Ketosis is horrible and you should not diet this way. It is tricking your body into starvation and you can go into kidney failure. Diabetics go into ketosis when they cannot get the insulin to let the glucose into the cell. Please don't do this. - concerned citizen of MFP

Thanks guys...ya today I had a protein bar after my workout and took it a little easier and feel much better. I don't think the cereal was helping after working out...but it tasted really good :)

Now that it is warmer I have cottage cheese (nonfat) and a cup of no sugar added fruit, with coffee, half and half and a banana. (I spread it out).
