You have to give a them a chance.. I didn't like Game of Thrones till about the 4th episode. That show is ****ing amazing. Anyway. I thought LOST was so overrated.

Yeah, there's no need to drastically change over night. Just stay within the calories MFP recommends for you to lose weight.. You could probs eat 3000 cals a day and lose, so eat deep fried or sugary foods if that's what you want.. Do whatever is easiest for you to stick to. Good luck :)

I also think binging has a lot to do with lack of variety in a persons diet. If you're eating the same thing day in and day out you're bound to start craving something. Then when you finally let yourself indulge, you try and get in as much as you can because you know you're not going to get another chance for a while..

Just start with 1200 calories if you MUST go that low. 800-1000 for someone your size is just too low and is gonna get you off to a really bad start if not physically than psychologically at least.

Standard is once a week in the morning after using the bathroom. If you have a "cheat day" then weigh-in day should be that morning. I weigh myself once every 30 days because at least then I'm guaranteed a loss. :D

:laugh: No. But if you eat low fat/low calories all week, and then have a cheat MEAL fairly high in fat, that could move things along in the bathroom which is always a plus (:

If I have calories left I'll head straight for the freezer for ice cream. Or maybe a cookie (: If I've used all my calories it's a cup of tea. :sad:

FYI the sugar free chocolate has pretty much the same calories as normal chocolate but it tastes like crayons. :(

I was on Paxil for a year and gained 44lbs! It was a real shame I had to stop taking it as (besides the weight gain) it really was a wonderful drug for me. ): But I just couldn't deal with the massive appetite it gave me. Edit: It also completely took away my sex drive. :embarassed: :laugh:

So you've lost 20lb, you obviously know how to control yourself. 20 oreos is excessive though. :laugh: Anyway, don't beat yourself up over it, everyone "pigs out" occasionally. Just be good for a few days. (:

:huh: Of course you can lose a decent amount of weight safely in 5 weeks. You won't be 120lbs but you will look slimmer. Just eat around 1200-1500 calories per day, do a bit of exercise, lower carbs a bit (You will lose water weight)..

I drink more diet drinks than water. Just look after your teeth really well and I don't see the problem if it's something you really enjoy.. (:

This. Try to have more variety in your diet. I found myself eating the same food everyday, while day dreaming about all the delicious food I couldn't have. When I finally allowed myself to have a "cheat day" it led to a massive binge that lasted over a month..

I wouldn't advise fasting or over exercising to make up for it.. could start an extremely unhealthy cycle. Just start fresh tomorrow and next time you start thinking those thoughts that lead you to binge just remember how crappy you feel right now. (:

I've used Slim Fast. Tastes like balls. Weight loss does't have to be that torturous.. I wish I hadn't started my weight loss journey with shakes and pills. I'd be at my goal weight by now. If you really want to use slim fast, go ahead. it could be a good learning experience in that you'll learn what doesn't work.. c: good…

I drink litres of the stuff per day.. :/ probably not good for tooth enamel but I haven't noticed it causing any cravings and am losing weight just fine.
