  • that should be figured into your TDEE, and here on your settings you select and activity level, sedentary, lightly active, active, very active. If you have set this up properly then work calories should be figured in to it... usually when I see these questions I think of a large person looking for an excuse to eat more…
  • given up: soda, fast food, chips, greasy foods cut down: beer, processed foods added: more veggies, fruits, more exercise
  • if I use just mornings I can still get a 3-5 pound difference.
  • I dont see how people can accurately measure themselves to be a half pound heavier or lighter... I can gain 3-5 lbs just from coming home from work, eating dinner and drinking water. Then by the next morning I will lose 2-3 pounds and some of rest through out the day.... its nothing for me to have an 8 lbs swing through…
  • yeah i'd say its off.. ride a mountain bike which is quite tough for 3 hours says I burned 1900 calories.. ride the road bike which feels easier for an hour and 40 minutes and thats 1000 calories but I feel like I barely did any work and hardly broke a sweat... lifting for 75 minutes is 289 calories but I am sweating my…
  • tbh a bike is a bike is a bike sort of.. if you are novice just make sure you feel comfortable and I would recommend gears. After you are into bike more than just for fitness then its time to worry about which model ect. For now just focus on feeling comfortable. I would also check craigslist for a cheap bike since its…
  • I have whey shakes in the morning to curb my appetite, and then 1 or 2 at night on days where I ate like crap. I like it because its only like 130 calories for 30 grams of protein
  • I lose better when I dont eat many carbs. also your diary is empty from wednesday back... are you actually keeping track still?
  • Hey look I finally made it.. I guess I can take a few days off and it shouldnt hurt.......
  • twice a day. Once in the morning, then when I come home from work.. surprisingly I weigh less in the evening every single day even after eating breakfast and lunch.
  • yes, go to settings>update diet
  • I find that my body appreciates it when I cheat here and there as long as its within reason. I tend to notice an extra pound or 2 lost the next day.
  • are you moving around and doing cardio while watching them?
  • If I have the time in the evening I will workout. Too often stuff comes up so I will have to miss or cut it short so if I find a spare hour or 2 I workout in some way shape or form.
  • I expect to see another 100lbs in 5 months and if you start to slow down I hope this post haunts you into kicking your own *kitten* again
  • I average around 7-8 miles a day 5 days a week and sometimes jump up to 14-15 miles in a day and lots of this is climbing a ladder with 20+ lbs of tools.. I'm still overweight.. I would say it plateaus and your legs just adapt to what you are doing.. but it will probably help if you arent very active
  • I had a cheat meal on easter that turned into a 5600 calorie binge.. fortunately within 2 days I was back down to where I was before hand and I dont think my body could digest all of it. In fact I hit a new record low for me this morning. I have noticed the few days I screwed up actually kind of helped me by dropping an…
  • I screw up so often that I count the low days as a blessing... then again I also have a container of whey protein and just make myself a shake to get my protein up to where it should be.
  • about 2300-2500 and still losing faster than I had hoped for, in another 2 months I should be set to bulk up.
  • I set 3 alarms, phone that goes off at 4:07 in the kitchen, 1 in the living room that goes off at 4:05, and one in my bedroom that I have to get up to shut off goes off at 4:09. I hit the snooze's until 4:30ish, all are very loud and annoying... usually have to be at work 45minutes away at 6am, sadly on the weekend I cant…
  • you missed one.. you are no longer considered an alcoholic. :D
  • go to the exercise>cardio> search strength training and put your minutes in.. I dont think its 100% accurate but it will give you an idea.
  • I sometimes get them in my shoulders after a day of using a pick ax. It makes my hands go numb so I am luck there. Sometimes I can get it to free up a little by hanging on a pull up bar and twisting. Usually it goes away if I start working.
  • Sometimes I have to pull 30ish days of 12-15 hour shifts, but its different for me because my job is pretty physical and fast paced.. so I am running. When those days come I typically bump up to 3-5 hour energies a day and can eat whatever I want and still lose weight... usually 10-15 lbs the only draw back is that I lose…
  • I got a promotion at work, instead of always having to do all the physical work myself which kept me in ok shape I now tell others what to do and only sometimes get my hands dirty. I gained 15 pounds in the last year and said I won't hit 200lbs... I started working out 3 weeks ago at 195 and and have gained 3 pounds…
  • I think a cheat MEAL is in order here and there... once a month...but still watch it... not an entire day. IDK about others but I could undo an entire week or 2 of calorie watching and exercise in a single meal if I tried. I could undo the better part of a month if I have a whole day to "Cheat"
