I do 5 days of a full workout. Then a day of light workout. Usually have Sunday as a rest day.0

5 days a week
3 days of which are "2 a day's" cardio at 5:30AM for an hour and weight lifting for an hour in the evening
the days without cardio are 90 minutes of strength and resistance training.0 -
5 days a week... 3 lifts, 2 swims, 2 runs, 2 rides so a lot of days are doubled up.0
-
I "work out" at least three times a week but I try to do something active every day.0

I lift 2-3 times a week and do cardio (running, cycling, swimming, dancing) 6-7 times a week. I only take rests days when I feel like my body needs it, but even then try to do some light swimming or yoga!0
-
5 days per week with 2 of those days being 2 a days (cycling session and a lifting session). I rest 2 days per week.0

I workout everyday and take rest days when my body tells me too.
Everyday I walk briskly 3 - 6 miles (just got in from a 4.98 power walk and feeling good!)
I also lift weights, do Pilates, barre workouts and workout dvd's/Youtube videos:
Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays I work on my upper body.
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays I work on my lower body.
I also play tennis and ice skate as well.0 -
If I have the time in the evening I will workout. Too often stuff comes up so I will have to miss or cut it short so if I find a spare hour or 2 I workout in some way shape or form.0

I do 5. I LOVE IT which is why I do it. I do need those 2 days of rest, though....
I do 5 days of cardio (spinning class or Cybex Arc Trainer, sometimes treadmill on incline) and 1 hour of lifting 4 days per week and usually 1 day of just ab work.0 -
7 days. I do something daily and will only take a day of rest if I feel my body requires it.0
-
I aim for 7, but it's been more like 6. I want exercising to become an everyday habit. I rotate my weight training between arm, leg, and back. But cardio everyday.0

Right now I am walking 7 days a week. I am limited to strength training (non-existent) do to possible surgery being done on my shoulder.0

Sometimes none, sometimes 5 or 6 - depends on the weather, my schedule and my mood. I could do more, but I'm lazy like that. But when I DO workout, I go big - like hours of cross country running. I can't help it. Once I get started it just feels awesome. Still debating whether I feel like going to the gym or not tonight - probably will though. I don't want to miss weights night. :ohwell:0

I try to work out 3 times a week. If I work out more than three times that's a bonus for me! :-)0

Usually 6, sometimes 5 if I'm just not feeling it.
Always cardio, and I've cut back to doing weights every other day, but increased the difficulty.0 -
5-6 days a week, 5 days intense cardio 1 day toning and stretching.0
-
I usually do 4 times a week. But it also depends on my work schedule.0

I am only 8 weeks into my exercise regime, I see a PT 3 times per week and do a body combat and a body pump class also, I am really into it and started to go everyday but I was starting to get headaches so my trainer says cut back a little and rest, so I'm 5 days out of 7 and really seeing the results on the tape measure.0

Ride bike 3 days per week
Do nothing or just stretch one day.0 -
I workout 6 days a week. 3 strength training days and 3 cardio. On the 7th day sometimes I go on a walk, pushing my daughter in her stroller, but nothing crazy.0

There are weeks that I can physically only fit in 2 workouts, but normal schedule is 5 days a week, almost completely lifting.0

I lift heavy 5 days a week, devoting each day to specific muscle groups (legs, shoulders, back, chest, arms) and then do HIIT twice a week. I do include one rest day (typically Sunday) where I do nothing and focus more on meal prepping and planning for the week ahead.0
