Has anyone had success with this, or do you eventually plateau and it stops working? For maintenance, not necessarily weight loss

I start each day with 10k and I love it. I've found it's really made a difference in my mood and energy levels, plus I end up with 15k+ by the end of the day which I'm sure is great for my health. If all you care about is burning the calories though, there are much quicker ways.0

I average around 7-8 miles a day 5 days a week and sometimes jump up to 14-15 miles in a day and lots of this is climbing a ladder with 20+ lbs of tools.. I'm still overweight.. I would say it plateaus and your legs just adapt to what you are doing.. but it will probably help if you arent very active0

As long as you don't compensate by eating more it will help you maintain.0

Wow! You guys are awesome with those high numbers...definitely gives me incentive to stick with it!0

I average between 14,000 and 20,000 steps per day (some days higher, but never less than 14,000 these days).
It has been working well for me so far! Gives me extra calories for snacks and does wonders for my mood. It's great how taking a nice long walk can set your mind to rights.0
