I wouldn't always go with what the BMI tells you to be. I have several friends actually in that "healthy weight" that look like they need to eat a cheeseburger! If you feel healthy and are close in the range, I'd say your fine. And be careful...over stressing over a few pounds can ultimately lead to eating disorder…

I've had a pretty rough week myself. My kitty that I've had for 16 years passed away on Monday. But I know that with all the help and support I have gotten from MFP I will get myself back on track in no time. I hope that things start to look up for you, and we are all here for you if you need us!

LOL! I am gonna be walking anywhere I need to go today! My hubby has the car! and I have a challenge for everyone...Do 60 minutes of cardio...No time?...Do 2 sets of 30 minutes of cardio! That will kick things up a notch!

I made it my personal goal to do 5 workouts a week. Since I have alot of muscle mass already I have decided to concentrate on Mostly Cardio. Monday, Tuesday and today I did Yoga Booty Ballet...I LOVE it! So much fun and it's all core work with cardio! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO TEAM Aqua!

There are so many variables in weight fluctuation on a daily basis, so I am going with FALSE! But you can definitely tell the difference with how you feel.

Thank you all so much for your input. The last couple of days have been better. I have discovered that light and low fat foods really aren't that horrible.
