Monday Challenge (2 low calorie snacks): strawberries (4oz-18 cal.) and whipped cream (4 TBS- 30 cal); apple (72 cal); Fiber 1 Chocolate Peanut Butter Chewy Bar (90 cal)
Answer (although late)- false; body fat measruements and the tape measure are more accurate as a basis- I didn't lose any weight for 2 weeks in a row but lost an inch off my waist- I'd say that's success!0 -
Monday Challenge- made peanut butter cookies (24 calories each, 2g fat, 1 carb, 1, protein) Made them from scratch
Also had Special K cereal bar before heading to the gym
I would say I was successful for Mondays challenge!0 -
For Monday I had a 100 calorie pack hostess chocolate mini cupcakes and I also had 100 calorie pack mini fudge kebbler cookies..

Monday- eat 2 low calorie snacks. BIRTHDAY CAKE AND BURGERS. FAIL. BUT JUSTYFIED! HAD 2 LOW CAL SNACKS ON TUES TO MAKE UP FOR IT (LOW CAL JELLY AND A DANONE VELVETY CHOC POT)
Tuesday- lift some weights (more muscle burns more calories) let’s build those muscles! BOOKS AND SHOPPING BAGS :-)
Wednesday- another 20 mins or cardio
Thursday- eat some type of fruit
Friday- 20 mins of cardio
Saturday- drink at least 8 oz water
Sunday- get outside and do something…move your butt!0 -

Each team should only have 2 people.....if you go back and look as the teams thats how it was...with a few changes....the names are listed like that above because I just copied and pasted from my excel sheet. The only person who doesnt have a partner is me at this point.0 -
