True or False?
False
Correct! Hyde earned a point towards the .5
Can someone please tell why it is false?0 -
Whoa! You need to be really quick here!!!
See you tomorrow!

It's false because the weight is shows can vary so drastically...from day to day, and a scale can't tell the difference between fat and muscle. I probably weight the same as Arnold Swartzeneggar weighed at the top of his game. Who do you think was more fit?0
-
The scale doesn't always show that we've lost inchs, gained muscle etc. The scale can also demotivate people when they don't see a change.0

Starting weight...
Low-cal snacks... steel cut oats, soy protein shake? Didn't eat much today...0
