headed out the door to go to zumba. I will try to complete wednesday's challenge this evening for 20 extra minutes of cardio. I can't wait to see how everyone did the first week. Hey, I was wondering, my red team partner and I are going to take pictures this week in a red shirt to rep our team. Do you think its a good idea for everyone to do the same just so we know who is on what team?0

it does sound like a good idea, however i dont have a teal shirt...hmmm. How is everyone doing so far with this challenge? i cannot wait to start seeing some results. Go team teal!!!

I don't think my partner is still in this....I've sent a friend request and a couple of messages. If she is not part of this anymore, can my friend join a little late as my partner? I really need to motivation and help of a teammate, that's partially why I joined this challenge.0

The reason is.....
It's a myth that eating late will make you gain weight. Your body doesn't know what time it is when you eat, and it metabolizes all calories the same way, regardless of the time of day they are eaten. There is no real concern with eating late or close to bedtime, unless you find it disrupts your sleep or makes you feel a sick when you lie down to go to bed.0 -
