im in nursing school and we have learned the bad parts about a cleanse. the best thing to do is get right back on track and exercise a little more than your normally do everyday.

:smile: i think people shy away from commenting until its a real drastic difference just bc weight is such a sensitive subject but awesome job!

goto your goals and reset them according to how much weight youd like to loose. to lose one pound per week you need to be 500 calories under your BMR. so 2 pounds a week would be 1000 calories a day. hope this helps

im in nursing school getting my RN at night and it puts me in class 5 hrs every night, what i do is bring a frozen meal of some sort, a salad and a fruit.. i always shop in advance and have a wide variety of meals in my fridge

if i crave sugar i eat a few M&Ms. normally after 10 my craving is satisfied

i disagree that a calorie is a calorie. your body needs vitamins and minerals to make it work right. im not claiming to be the messiah of dieting i eat pizza and still drink BUT majority of the time i make sure im eating foods that are giving my body everything it needs. i am in school and work so im busy i eat alot of…

i had this same conversation with a friend yesterday, bc if you workout to burn calories and then eat those calories why not just not workout and not eat those extra calories? i hope im being clear. i think according to the site you should eat those calories but im not sure
