Just wanna cry. My sisters place is covered in liquefaction and she's got a frozen shoulder and can't do alot. No power and water over parts of the city. I was so scared, i live 20 minutes from the city centre and our place shock like mad and swayed. Im very scared of them, got no where to go to get away from them

Near Christchurch New Zealand. We had a 7.1 last september and a 6.3 that killed 220 people in feb But on Monday just gone we had a 5.5 in Rolleston where i live and it we have had over 5000 aftershocks since sept. Its scary stuff

well i was the same. I started eating more healthier breakfast. Like multi grain bread and or muesli. I try really hard not to drink soda drinks. not sure if u drink soda but cut it out, i changed to orange juice mixed with water, 70-30 in favor of water. Not too many in a day tho. bloody aftershocks have getting worse here lately, we had a 3.8 this morning just five minutes from me. and it was so loud and shaky but also this morning there was a 5.2 up by Oxford Canterbury. There were some in Gisborne as well, Scary

so not natural, i poop at least once a day. You need more fiber and water in your diet. Man when u poop it must be like a lead weight and sinks. Wow i have heard of this before but it seems really unnatural to not poop very 1-2 days. Does your tummy get sore?

hey there, I found for breakfast high fibre is important. Multigrain or whole meal toast or cereal with lots of fire keeps you going longer in the morning and you don't get hungry quickly. thats what i found. You'll love this site. any lose is good and no gain is good too.
