  • I was laggin behind on yesterdays workout! I forgot that I hadn't done it yet and ate my tea...... bad move martyn.......bad move! I was doing T25 and on one of the moves I started to feel sick. Luckily I wasn't sick but I must remember to do my workouts before I eat today!

  • The stretches are quite relaxing lol, after the first week they are more than a welcome break. Just watch out for those pigeons lol
  • I'm just surprised how quick it seems to go! I Started the lower focus yesterday and the next thing I knew I had less than 2 minuets to go. I can see myself getting fitter :D It's brilliant and I can see an improvement in the way my legs look :D Bring on week two :D and tomorrows stretches lol

  • I really enjoyed it! What a brilliant workout for the abs that was:D my legs were cramping in the heel taps :| hope that doesn't happen again, It was murder!!!

  • I think it's brilliant, I did a lot of running last year to get my cardio up but this is far better and it's a full body work out :D The Total Body Circuit did kick my *kitten* a little :P

  • It helps lol :D That is what I was thinking, I put yesterdays down as "Aerobics, high impact" for 222 Calories as they don't have T25 on the database :). Might get a heart rate monitor to see how much I actually burn. Would be nice to know lol

  • Just finished it! Was awesome! lost my place a few times and looked like I was having some sort of fit at points, but other than my lack of coordination I love it :D
