I find that techno and rap gets me moving more than what I usually listen to (metal, reggae, oldies...). The tempo makes me want to MOVE. Lady Gaga also does the trick. That's the only reason I have some of the music I have on my iPod! :)

I'm very much looking forward to summer! I'm much more active and eat less in the summer. I walk everywhere and go hiking, camping, and swimming. Plus, I don't have much of an appetite when I'm hot. :happy:

Dang, I'm 5'0 and I don't even look good at 98lbs! I personally prefer a healthy, lean (and, on me, curvier) look to a stick figure look. Which is why I'm aiming for more like 115-120. My aunt is about 5'9 and MAYBE 130lbs, skeletal skinny and has no muscle mass and SHE thinks she's fat!!! I feel sad for her. :frown:

Another oil with beneficial properties comparable to olive oil is avocado oil, which has a very high smoke point. I'm going to have to try out grapeseed oil though. Thanks for the tip! :happy:

Similar situation with me. I'm 5'0 and 215. People would never think that I weight that much though, because I have a large frame and, while I do look chunky, I don't think I look obese.

Thanks to everyone for all of the advice. I think I got a little better prospective on things. I think I will take Sunday off from my normal exercise routine; since I clean house on Sundays (not light cleaning, either, I have a pretty big house to clean), I will probably burn some calories anyway. :)
