I LOVE everyone's response. No diet here. Changing my lifestyle. I eat low carbs but i don't count the carbs in fruit and veggies. MD is the house..lol! I bought some kettle bells. I went on youtube and found some workouts there. It is really easy once you get the feel of things. It works your whole body.

My family would call me fat and lazy and i weighed 120 , 2 jobs and went to school. I just had big hips and an *kitten*! People like that are upset with themselves and think that if they put someone down to make themselves look better. Its soo sad.

I have thousand island, ranch, blue cheese, creamy bacon, and raspberry vinaigrette. As far as salt/sodium goes its just about the same amount in everything else. I try not not add salt when i cook. I only use Mrs. Dash seasonings or i make my own so i can control my sodium intake.

You can do it. Its really hard at first. Don't look at it as a diet. Look at it as a way of life! :happy:

I would limit your pasta intake to 2x a month and portion it to the correct serving size. Do not over eat.

When i first started working out in January i was a 38D and Now i am 38C :( That was the first thing EVERYONE notice...lol! They were sagging anyways so i will just buy a new pair when i have reached my goal.
