197 is my goal for the end of the year...wish I was there with you at 187! I hope you reach your December goal to get below 180! Even with my goal, though, I'm planning to go off track on Christmas and the day after Christmas. I'm 202 right now, but am confident I'll be able to get to my goal *crosses fingers*

I want to keep up with my alternate day fasting for the month of November (until Thanksgiving). Another of my goals is to keep my carbs under 30g total per day (which will change to 25 in a couple of weeks). Thanks for the answers! I guess maybe they also think that we're hurting ourselves or will in the long run. Otherwise, I can't really see a reason to be actually upset with someone for their woe.

Tonight I'm having what we call "Pork Chop Soup" which is thin-sliced pork chops in the crockpot with cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper over rice/riced cauliflower.

lauriekallis - Ah, romance brain. It's hard to overcome and takes up way too much of our time. Not to mention it has you swinging from the ceiling one moment and then down, doubting and debating the next moment. Will you be doing a repeat lovely dinner? :)
