No! Don't cut out dairy! calcium is a staple for weight loss. Don't listen to what they say about fat. Fat and protein are your best friends. They keep the hunger out.

I usually eat around 1200-1300 calories a day, but my allowance allows me to have 1480 calories daily. So I just eat that much every day, and I'll be fine?

I would say that you should just have a little bit of candy/ cake once in a while, or at least a few pieces of candy every few days, but JUST a few. whatever the serving size is, and don't go over it.
