While being on this quote on quote "diet" (more like a lifestyle change) I really want to avoid slowing down my metabolism by eating too few calories, but exercise increases your metabolism, and I'm trying to walk 5-7 times a week, so in truth...am I okay? should I stop worrying and just eat my calorie limit every day, and exercise normally?
What do you guys think?

well it all depends on how many calories you are eating.
The key to this is eating the maximum number of calories you can and still lose the weekly weight...(credit this advice to someone else great advice tho)0 -
I usually eat around 1200-1300 calories a day, but my allowance allows me to have 1480 calories daily. So I just eat that much every day, and I'll be fine?0

as long as you net 1480 a day...when you exercise you burn calories...and because MFP has already built in a deficet you should eat those calories back...to fuel your next workout.
For example you eat 1300 today, walk and burn 200 so your net is 1100..you really should eat at least 100 back..probably more.0 -
Thanks for the tip.0
