Hey just a small question.

I'm a newbie, and I just started my long long journey. I'm doing really good so far, but I haven't lost any weight yet. it's okay though. it's only been four days.

Anyway, I eat a lot of fruit, and if i go over my sugars intake for the day by eating fruit, will it hurt me at all?

Because obviously fruit is good for you. Just wondering.
