Hey just a small question.
I'm a newbie, and I just started my long long journey. I'm doing really good so far, but I haven't lost any weight yet. it's okay though. it's only been four days.
Anyway, I eat a lot of fruit, and if i go over my sugars intake for the day by eating fruit, will it hurt me at all?
Because obviously fruit is good for you. Just wondering.

It isn't obvious to me that fruit is good for you, if you have the necessary minerals and vitamins etc from elsewhere for example vegetables.0 -
