Thanks :) I just worked out and had to move it to the late evening and now I have earned almost 1000 calories. So do I go eat a bunch of random food? I guess I am always to nervous to eat the big breakfasts and meals in the chance that I can't find a sitter and can't go. I will try the smoothie breakfast. That sounds good…

I pay $10 a month for the whole gym. It is awesome. It is a planet fittness. :) And there was no contract to sign.

I would love to know some recipes! I love Tim Horton's fruit smoothies, but would save money and calories with something made at home. Hope to hear some good ones :)

Day 3 is done along with about 2 hours at the gym. 60 min on the elliptical and about 50 minutes of strength training. Love seeing all the calories burned :) I have a HRM, but have yet to use it. Day 2 done :) I am amazed how much harder it seems to do this then the gym. I use an elliptical for 45-60 minutes at the gym and it seems so easy. Doing all those jumping jacks and stuff. Man!! Okay, I took the dvd out of the package today and did level 1. I am guessing that is all I do, it was 20 min. Now, how long do I do level 1? I did pretty good, but the pushups kick my rear. I strongly suggest the Winter Garden by Kristin Hannah. Sooooo good. I just finished that one and loved it, but have some tissues ready. I can only read books like that a couple times a year. Enjoy :)

I am on 18 of the Janet Evanovich series. You will love them. They just keep getting more funny. My husband always looks at me cause I am laughing outloud LOL Enjoy!!
