  • I always portion it out before anyone else gets their food... I should probably do it how everyone else has said and put it into sparkpeople.com because it is so much easier that way and my food won't be cold by the time I'm ready to eat lol.

  • I was thinking the same as mvl I honestly don't think there is any weight on your body to lose. From the looks of your pictures you are perfect.
  • Well I can't tell you how much you will lose and I really don't think you will lose much of anything because you are eating less then 1200 calories. Many people here will tell you that you should NEVER go below 1200 calories. You will send yourself into starvation mode and your body will hold onto everything.

  • Gogo is 100% correct. Whoever tells you they will go away is LYING to you. I even talked to my obgyn when I was pregnant with my daughter. She said they will always be there. They will just be lighter. And it is true. I got horrible stretch marks across my belly from being pregnant. But they are my normal skin color now…

  • You could always season it with Mrs. Dash. It is sooo good. I like to use the mrs. dash and then cut it up and put it on salad. That is if you are using chicken breasts.

  • I am a stay at home mom of 3. You can do it, if I can do it. Believe me I probably do the least amount possible (I can only make it to the gym roughly 4 times one week and 2 the next, depending on the week, hubby works swing shifts).   • Congrats!! I had a baby a little over 6 weeks ago and was right around 235 5 weeks ago when I was last weighed. Last night I weighed myself and I am right around 220. I know exactly how you feel. I will do the happy dance with you if you would like :)
