Question about the diet soda cake :)
I made the diet soda cake this evening (it was wonderful by the way)!!! Anyhow, I used the pillsbury moist supreme yellow cake, 2 egg whites, diet twist up, and great value cherry jello (basically I made it into a jello cake). Is anyone elses body like this?
So I don't lose a lb. a week it is more like I exercise for about 3-4 weeks with nothing but fluxuating up and back to the correct weight and then at about week 4 I loose about 5 lbs. It is so odd to me. I have been this way since I joined here and started losing. So my question is, is anyone else like this?

How many calories does it contain raw? I just picked up a couple of heads of it at the store it wasn't packaged up so there isn't any nutritional info on it. I can't find it on here. Thanks for the help in advance.

How much exercise is to much?
So I have recently started going to the y daily because my daughter is finally 3 months old and they will watch her :) . Before the most I would go was about 3x's a week. Sugar, sugar, sugar....
I just added in my sugar to watch it. Well guess what I go over almost everyday. :( What can I do to get it down? I know, I know I need to stop eating sugar. But it truely seems like there is sugar in EVERYTHING. I stopped drinking soda because of the sugar.

Making a roast for dinner...
I am making a beef bottom round roast for dinner and I could have sworn the package said it was 200 calories for 4 oz. Well I searched for it here and it says it is only 120 calories... I don't think that is right. What should I do? Should I write into the bottomm of my food journal that it is actually more?

Sodium intake...
So I have been seeing people talking about their sodium intake and how it can affect weightloss... Well I decided to put mine in my diary today.... Umm I am at 500 over what I should be almost daily.... How is this going to affect my weight loss?

Force myself to eat another snack or forget about it?
So I am just above the 1200 calorie mark and I have about 436 more that I could eat this evening but I'm not hungry.... What should I do? Should I have another small snack or just let it be? I don't want this to affect my weight loss.
