Haven't scrolled through all 6 pages but I was an H up until a month ago and had a reduction. I think I started at 136.0 and yesterday I was 133.4 so 2.6 lb. It's not 5 but it's something. My body doesn't like to give up more than 0.5-0.8 a week :P And that's probably healthy.

I did start this with the intention of doing it [almost] every day but lately I haven't been enjoying getting up an hour early and killing myself. I'm done 15 days so that's half way. Might not do it every day but even if it takes me another month I will get those 15 workouts in.

Ya it's too bad they don't have the technology to just measure your heart rate through the blood vessels in your wrist haha. I'm sure one day the technology will get there. Does anyone find the chest strap uncomfortable? I feel like it might get annoying but at least you only wear it for an hour or two compared to the arm band all day. I'm rather large chested so I feel like it might get bounced or rubbed the wrong way!

I've heard the Garmin is really popular with runners. It does the same thing for a non-running workout as a Polar FT4 or the others I assume? It is just a HRM with a GPS built in after all, right?
