I am maintaining. I have cut back on cardio drastically. I eat more calories now and I lift more weights. I believe the more muscle you have the easier it is to maintain. I also used to only have 1 cheat meal per week. Now I have a cheat DAY and a cheat meal per week! Love it!

Did you do the fit test? You may find another beachbody program more rewarding until you can work your way up to P90X. You don't want to frustrate yourself with not being able to complete most of the steps. It is a very intense program. There are many other programs out there that can get you P90X ready.

Both! Not a morning person either, but it's honestly all about routine. I get up to do 40 minutes of Low intensity steady state cardio in the morning, and then in the evening I do my weight training workout. It's all about routine and regiment. Best of luck!

PLAN, PLAN, PLAN!!! Yesterday I spent the entire day logging my food for the entire week and then prepping it and labeling it. Now I don't need to think about it. I read my journal and I grab and go!!

Huge variations for me. Definitely depends on the mood! A tank and boy shorts, to a big ol T and briefs!

I always ignored them in the beginning, but now that I am 'stuck' I have cut them way back to make them fit in the allotments. BIG dietary change!

Hubby and I got married at Sandals Grande in St. Lucia all by ourselves and I wouldn't change it for the world. It was an absolutely FABULOUS experience!! When we got back we had a casual reception and showed our wedding video and pictures. Awesome day!!

Can you take one day and cook in bulk and then use it for the week? That really seems to work best for me!
