sugar counts

My goal for sugars seems really low. They are all gone in the morning when I eat 0% greek yogurt, blueberries, go lean, and then have another piece of fruit. Should I just ignore if mostly coming coming from fruit and dairy products?

I've said the same thing. I don't know how much sugar is in Go Lean but I eat my plain yogurt with berries and then my morning snack is carrots and hummus and I'm sunk. How is a girl supposed to get enough calcium without going over on sugar?
sorry I don't have an answer for you but I am sympathetic!0 -
I was told not to worry about my sugars when they come from healthy sources (fruits and the like). I've pretty much ignored them since my first week on MFP and have had no trouble losing weight.
I worry about my sugars if I eat crap like candy and processed foods. Otherwise, I just excluded them from my food diary.0 -
I always ignored them in the beginning, but now that I am 'stuck' I have cut them way back to make them fit in the allotments. BIG dietary change!0
