I am IN! I'm doing stronglifts so the numbers are not dropping anyway, and there's really no point when I am losing inches. As long as I keep to my calorie level, there's no way I can really gain so hey...why not?

I'm not taking +1 month pics till the 24th, but I can tell you I've lost an inch from my waist and hips since I started two weeks ago. An inch! And it's not like I have that many inches to lose!

Haven't really lost boobs, but I've gone down band sizes. To each their own. If my husband didn't cook but took care of other things, I wouldn't mind. However, I find it hard to believe that anyone "can't" cook. It is a basic life skill. I can understand not being great at it or not liking it, but seriously...the internet exists. Anyone who can read can follow a recipe.

About 11 Euros a month for the gym, nothing else. If I wasn't doing Stronglifts, I'd just work out at home for free, but I like my gym, so it's not too bad!

Thank you all, I think I need to improve my flexibility. I think my gym has lots of different bars at different weights, so I'll have to track my weights progress a bit differently than the program, as the bar weight isn't written on the bar and we have no scale :-( pretty basic gym I go to.

Diet diet diet is key...if you lift for 6 months without a proper diet, you will probably not see any changes. With a good diet though, you'll see changes for sure. Significant changes though, that depends on where you're starting from.
