I completely agree - learning to slow down (and I run outside) has been best for me. While I don't get a runners high - there is something peaceful about running ourside in the morning. It's just as good for my mind as my body. Bottom line, find something that works for you - change of pace, change of scenery,…

you're likely building muscle - which is a GREAT thing!

I go with the egg whites - seasoned with pepper. I also have whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter and a tiny amount of honey. Very filling, very tasty!

I also use the pouch. The pouches have good recipes on there too! I like the tuna & artichoke pizza. (sounds gross - but really yummy!)

Yes - you are eating too little and in "starvation mode" provide your body the fuel it needs to burn fat and gain muscle!

Not everyone fits into the "norms" of heart rates when working out. For example, I can easily get to a 180 on a brisk walk. Jogging will put me at about 200. (My resting heart rate is a healty 65 and I'm 34 years old) Listen to what your body tells you - everyone is different.

Exercise burns fat and builds muscle - which in turns also burns fat. I think it's best to still work out and provide your body the fuel it needs to keep up with your workouts!

I have Zumba & Just Dance - I like both!
