    Finally back to my initial weight! And that's pretty good for me right now :bigsmile:

  • Current weight: 198lbs.
    Last weeks weight: 198.4lbs.
    Goal weight 6/9/11: 180lbs.
    Total goal weight: 145lbs.

    Weight for 4/10/11: 198lbs.

    I've really got to do a big change up in my workouts...glad that this is what thus weeks challenge is. Also gonna have to make sure I keep up with this challenge...that's one of my own challenges lol. Everyone have a great week ;0)

    Just a head's up...next week's challenge is to post progress pictures AND/OR measurements of yourself. So start looking for some pictures or break out the tape measure and get ready. We'll be about 1/3 of the way through our challenge, and at a good place to look at progress. (Don't be surprised if this same challenge pops back up at half-way and at the finish.) Be ready to post some pics on our next thread. :bigsmile:

    Hope its not too late for this week.

    Pulled a muscle in my leg a week ago Friday so I had to stop running. It's getting better now. Starting the 24 day challenge with Advocare this week. Been doing as much uppper body strength training/abs as I can since I could barely walk for the last week.

    I worked out 6 days this week !! ( total of 391 minutes ) If thats not success .. I don't know what is?! I'm so proud of myself

    I've been trying to be mindful about eating every few hours, and today I did Level 1 30 Day Shred and a 25 minute bellydancing video just for giggles. Still trying to figure out my shiny new heart rate monitor and was getting incredibly pissed that it wasn't tracking my calories burned...until I hit the "start" button. *sigh* so anyway, back to it!
