I'm re-committing to my goals! I've had a couple rough weeks where I've been kinda half a$$ing it but realized I need to knock it off. I bought a ton of healthy groceries tonight and am going to work on some meal plans and snack ideas. I've also identified two problems I plan to work on in the next weeks:
1. Not eating a big enough breakfast or enough protein at breakfast and then not eating all afternoon and getting too hungry
2. Giving in to the random munchies late at night. I need to identify if I'm hungry or bored or just eating because it's a habit.
"If I'm not hungry enough to eat an apple (or insert other healthy fresh produce), I'm not hungry!"0 -
Sigh... Didn't go up this week, but I didn't go down, either. I'm still at 185.0

One day at a time, one pound at a time! Although I have not been loosing more than about a pound a week, I'm very happy with how I feel and with the progress. Slow and steady wins the race. 0.4 lbs to reach my first mini goal! wooohooo. I can almost taste it!

You are all doing great!!! The chart is looking good...missing several weigh-ins, but the dedicated crew are there.
Just a head's up...next week's challenge is to post progress pictures AND/OR measurements of yourself. So start looking for some pictures or break out the tape measure and get ready. We'll be about 1/3 of the way through our challenge, and at a good place to look at progress. (Don't be surprised if this same challenge pops back up at half-way and at the finish.)
