    Yay, I found the new thread! I've had some setbacks the last couple weeks but I actually went out to eat today and still stayed really close to my calories!

    YIPPIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got on the scale & was VERY excited that I lost 2.6lbs BUT when I logged in my weight I realized that apparently the math section of my brain does NOT work at 5:30am and I actually lost 3.6!

    I really think that I need to reset my mini goals. Then again I might just leave them and see haw far under I get. That is what I will do. I am going to see where I end up after having set these goals.

    Thanks so much!!! It feels good. :) I looked in the mirror the other day and i noticed a girl that had been missing for awhile so i said aloud "its so nice to see you again!" LOL

    Not a very good week for me weighed in at 197.2. Daughters bday yesterday cake and ice cream was gooooood. been a little stressed out : husband had a heart cath on Friday 04-01-2011 but stressed from Tuesday until it was over. Good news though no blockages. Not feeling quite my self little depressed also
    but going to be a better week!!

    Not on track for this challenge, but I'm happy because this is the lowest I've weighed in 5 years! :smile:

    Today's weigh in!!! Looks like I will meet my mini goal by next week! I've upped my fluids and added 30 more mins a day and broke my "plateau" that I was at.
