bad week for me gained a 1lb (first gain since Christmas but being honest I don't deserve to lose). Am having a hard time of it at the moment. Have 2 children sick with chickenpox and we are trying to move house so I can't get any exercise done. Had mothers day and a family meal last weekend and this weekend I have a hen so not sure if things will get better. Going to keep logging into this thread to hopefully spur me on. My stats are:

    SW 205 as of 3/10
    GW 140

    3/17: 204.8
    3/24: 201.8 (down 3 woo hoo)
    3/31: 201.4 (down 0.4)
    4/7: 202.4 (up 1lb - boo who)

Keep up the great work everybody. I know some of you are going through some tough times with family or stresses or just daily life, but you still continue to do a great job.

I was able to wear my size 8 work capri pants all day without any problems (and NO muffin top!). I haven't worn them since before my son was born in 2008.

Also, I walked out of the grocery store the other day without buying ANY sweets...even though I walked past the donut case 5 times, I didn't take any home!

Despite having sore ankles (ankles?) I went for my walks - down the 10 flights this morning and the 45 minute 3 mile brisk lunch walk. Glad I saw this question - just about to leave work and I WILL also walk back up to my car. :grumble:

Went to McDonalds and didn't have their fries or a chocolate milk shake. Instead had a grilled chicken sandwich and yogurt parfait, while my husband ate the fries and chocolate shake...and it was quite tasty!

I don't think I will make my first mini goal...but I know I will get darn close. I'm very proud of myself. Since my insane gain from vacation I have been tracking EVERYTHING I eat & drink and I've at least lost what I had gained.

we are trying to move house so I can't get any exercise done.

GIRL!!! Moving furniture & packing IS EXERCISE! Hell yes it is. I know this because each of my sons got their own room last weekend & taking apart & moving those damn bunkbeds & dressers was a WORKOUT!

You can find it under cardio!

My success this week has been pumping the fluids! I've always had a hard time keeping hydrated and I think it's what made me think I was more hungry in the past. Between an app that reminds me as well as flavoring my water, I have been chugging more! And I feel better.

Random question of the day: What is a success you've had this week? I avoided the food traps at work this week; avoided donuts on Tuesday morning and avoided muffins on Wednesday. I felt empowered!

I am looking forward to weighing in on Saturday morning.

My goal is to Log in for 7 straight days. Looking to drop 10 pounds to get to 150 something in what ever amount of time that takes. I just want to focus on exercising and healthy, conscious eating for the 7 days at a time.

Congrats to all the beautiful people in this challenge! Keep up the good work! I would say that my success is really watching my portion sizes and realizing that being "full to the brim" is not a priority or even a desirable feeling.
