    Random question of the day: What is a success you've had this week?

    Reaching ONE-derland when I weighed in at 199.2.. One NSV is that I was able to put on two shirts I was unable to fit in the past.. they're snug, but not obscenely so :)
    I'll post my official weight stats on Sunday a.m. - hopefully I can drop another lb between now and then :) Then I'll be on track for meeting my first mini-goal of 197.2 on 4/14 :D

    Keep up the great work everybody. I know some of you are going through some tough times with family or stresses or just daily life, but you still continue to do a great job.

    My success this week was...I learned how to say NO to certain foods when offered, I normally dont have the will power to turn it away :)

    I will take it! Last weekend was a 5 day trip eating at restaurants and shopping, Plus TOM has come to visit.

    Success this week - I bought and fit into a size 16 jean (with room to spare) for the first time in over 20 years. Yay!

    I don't even know why I'm still in on this challenge, I keep failing miserably...

    Don't give up! Tomorrow is a new day full of possiblities. We all stumble but this time we've got hands reaching out to us to get back up and keep going. We WILL do this, together! Bless you!

    Im down another 1lb this week :) so now at 135 :)
    Hope you are all doing well and if not then try and stay focussed. I didnt lose for 3 weeks in a row and was ready to give up but I stuck with it and now for 3 weeks Ive lost 1lb each week :) so the hard work does pay off so keep at it :)

    My weight is the same this week. But thats ok - I will have a loss next week!
    I'm doing something new today - going to play a parents vs. kids basketball game with my son. Something I definitely wouldn't have done before losing this weight! :)
