Awesome Job everyone! Looks like just about everyone is doing really good : )
I doubt i'll lose 7lbs by next week seeing as i've been losing 1 per week but I did up my workouts and bought all healthy foods at the store.. so i'm still doing good and I am still proud of myself for losing consistently. Good luck in the week ahead!!
