Some very sound advice. As I've mentioned, I eat when I work, so maybe I need to ban this. I only eat and snack when I stop, give it my attention and then return to work afterwards. Perhaps this will be a useful strategy. Wow, I've had so many ideas and so much support from this thread I need to write it all down!

Thank you, this is fantastic advice. Yeah, definitely, normally I'd ignore it, say I'd do better tomorrow but really I'd just give up. This time I've addressed the issue and sought out support. And I feel so much stronger for it! Thank you!

Oh thank god it's not just me! Yeah there's nothing in the house now except my daughters Christmas chocolate which I definitely wouldn't touch and one small bag of popcorn. Yeah. I'm trying to think at least I've logged it and owned up to it instead of pretending it never happened. It's there and I can see it and how it's affected my weightless. Normally when I end up quitting I just pretend it never happened. I guess even posting this message is a huge step. Thank you, I needed that hug! :(

Been good today, went to an extra Zumba class to boost my cals from not being able to exercise most of last week! Also going tomorrow eve. Done all my strength exercises, woo! And will deffo hit my protein goal today! Doing pretty alright this week actually and it's all thanks to you guys! :-)
