I was told today that the reason I have been more hungry the past few days is because I have a cold and that the body needs more fuel when fighting something off. Does anyone else find this happens to them? If so then is it OK to go over my calories slightly whilst I am ill or do I just ride it out? I rarely ever get ill but this seems to be the 2nd time in the past couple of months! :noway:

Hmmmm... I seem to be the opposite. Anytime I'm ill, my appetite just isn't what it normally is.0
