That's the recipe we use, too but don't forget the parsley!!

My family also makes this recipe. We also add thinly sliced onion but our brine is 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup vinegar and 1/2 cup water.

At the bottom of your food diary page your will see a box that says "View Full Report". Click on that and you can view what your sodium intake is.

Try the activity calculator at caloriesperhour.com. They list hula dancing (close?) as an activity. You have to enter your weight and length of time and it will calculate the calories burned. They have an amazing list of activities. Hope this helps.

Try recipes.sparkpeople.com. You can input your recipe and it will calculate the calories, fat, sodium, etc. for you. It's really a good site.

I have a Thomas' Double Fiber English Muffin with low fat peanut butter and a cup of Lipton Jasmine Green Tea. Sometimes a slice of low sodium bacon. I was never a breakfast eater either but it works for me.

I walk laps in my…

If you look at the bottom of your food diary page, you can click on the "view full report" button and it will show you all the categories plus your exercise calories.

Where did you find it? For that price I'd be willing to try it.

Thanks for your help. I really appreciate it!

I've been here for a couple of months and enjoying the experience. I babysit my grandsons (ages 3 years and 4 months) 3 days a week. I'm not sure how many "calories burned" I should assign to this. Anybody have any ideas?

Don't mean to be stupid or unhip but what is WATP?

I smoked for 40 years. I quit smoking once for six months. It was the hardest thing I had ever done. Cold turkey! One day I thought "what would it hurt to have just one"? That led me back to my one pack a day habit. Ten years later I was diagnosed with COPD. I knew I had to quit but the thought of going through the…
