what is the normal daily level of sodium for a female 31?

    I'm 21 (female) and am at 2500 also, so maybe it has more to do with height and weight or maybe it's a general thing?

    where do they tell you what it should be? i see the calories etc but not sodium and i think i am WAY high on that

    Go to MFP Home then settings and choise diary settings and you can set up you rfeed log however you like

    At the bottom of your food diary page your will see a box that says "View Full Report". Click on that and you can view what your sodium intake is.
