I have tried that and my egg just runs out all over!

I have done this with chunky guacamole and I add reduced fat feta cheese and a hard boiled egg and its DELISH!! sometimes I'll sprinkle some hot sauce on it as well!!

and try to prep foods for the weekend, and maybe allow myself maintain calories on the weekend (when needed), instead of losing two lbs a week, to let me have a little bit more wiggle room without gaining.

Definitely is the culprit. I'm going to try for every weekend I do have drinks, to make sure I have two without. So maybe I can actually lose the weeks without alcohol and the bad choices that belong with it. Thank you guys!

On weekends typically I'll start by saying I'm going to be good, and then we meet up with friends or go camping and after a few (lots of) drinks later, I'm snacking on chips, pizza, whatever because I feel like I don't care at that point. Not that this is healthy, but Ramen noodles drained with seasoning and Tabasco sauce. yummmm Mashed potatoes mixed with gravy and corn or slaw Hot sauce, salt and pepper on hard boiled eggs- Kind of like a deviled egg but spicy.

I gained in the past week and a half or so... so I joined weight watchers online.. the last time I did ww I lost like 65lbs... I just didn't want to pay for it again, but apparently I need too so that way I will stop going crazy!! Good Luck to everyone!! I hope we all do super well this week!

Don't give up! You can do it.. I know you didn't lose 85lbs just to give up when your close to your goal! I have faith in you, I know you can do it. You already rocked away 85lbs.. you made it to the top of the hill and you are on your run down!! YOU GOT THIS take care of yourself and think of yourself first.!
