You've come such a long way in a short time, makes me realise that it is possible! I did my first wee run on Saturday, first since I left school 20 years ago; a two mile jog/walk and I've just about recovered! I can't imagine being able to run a HM but everyone's got to start somewhere!

My Fitbit Zip is synced with MFP and I still log any other cardio . I also get a calorie adjustment but it's lower if I've logged other cardio exercises as well. I've just ordered one today. There are a lot of them on the market and some are very expensive but I've seen a few people on here mention the Polar FT4 so decided to give it a go.

This is also the only thing that works for me! I'm a full time working single mum to a 3 year old and the only way I can get in a regular workout is at 5am - before she gets up and before work!

I got in touch with the Jillian Michaels customer services and gave them my weight/height etc and they told me that I was more than likely burning 435 calories for 35 minutes. I don't have a HRM to check but I'm just going with that.
