Oatmeal with a half of a banana but try to stay away from the flavored packets. They tend to have a lot of sugar. Yogurt with fresh fruit and granola Multi grain bread with peanut butter Granola bar with a piece of fruit. Egg whites with vegetables. Hope this helps

I myself fell back in to gaining everything back plus more. i agree with you on weighing but i think what's more important to me is to weigh my food and log every day. since you mentioned diabetes and meds I feel that its a necessity especially since you have to track your carbs/macros to avoid being put on medication.…

We have NY bagels in our office every day. I know exactly how you feel. Trust me it's VERY hard. I only eat them once a week bc they are very high in sodium too. on Tuesdays I will have a half of an everything bagel with 2 tbs of cream cheese and I will log it without the guilt. Hope this helps.
