I did the 12 day diet once eons ago and lost weight but gained it all plus more back because it doesn't teach you a healthy lifestyle.

Today was day 1 of exercise for me.... I tried the 30 day shred and got about 5 min into it and had to stop.... my muscles are sore just from the warm up exercises and jumping jacks hahaha but tomorrow is another day and I'm going to push myself a little bit further.... Just don't give up!

Im just learning how to make them but I was told that chia seeds and flax seeds in a smoothie keeps you fuller longer. superskinnyme.com has a lot of good smoothie recipe ideas!

I've never been at a weight that I thought was healthy for me.... so I'm starting with losing 60 lbs and then I will go from there

I think 1-2 lbs a day is very unrealistic.... I'm shooting for 1-2 a week. I've been told thats the pace that yoou need to keep it off in the future. As long as the scale is not going up... you are doing fabulous!

One day at a time..... it can get very discouraging to set time limits

I've been drinking infused water all week and have bumped my water intake from 2-3 glasses a day to 12-14. It really helps. I've been researching combos and have found 22 combos so far.... I haven't tested all of them yet but one day at a tiime I'm working on it.
