Good morning MFPers! Recently I deleted my original account, I felt like I had become a slave to my consecutive day count. I was at 740 days and counting. I was logging every day but not doing a great job of it. I had been cheating and not counting all of my calories and not logging all of my exercise. I had become apathetic. So I deleted my old account without warning, just decided to do it and “POOF” it was gone. I waited a few days and created this account, my hope is to jump start my weight loss and fitness programs.

A little about me…I started my journey 24 Jan 2010 I weighed 248 pounds. By August 2010 I had lost 75 pounds. I did it by walking, running, cycling, and P90X. Then I went through a divorce, moved to another state and changed jobs. Subsequently I put about 20 pounds back on and that is when I lost focus. I am re-committed to losing a total of 34 pounds to reach my goal weight of 160. I am looking for friends that are supportive and like to be supported. So if you are and old or new MFPer! I am looking to add new and old friends again.
