My favorite is ISOPURE LOW CARB DUTCH CHOCOLATE. it's 100 calories for 1 scoop, 3 grams of carbs, zero sugar, and 25 grams of protein!!! It's awesome. Taste delicious. It even taste good when i mix it into water (less calories) and that's RARE for a protein to taste decent in water.

I'm doing the same thing. I eat a *kitten* load of protein. over 100 grams per day and keeping carbs at about 50 grams.

And get in AT LEAST 10,000 steps per day (get a pedometer)

You need to work out more!!!! and don't eat back your calories if you want to lose more than 6 pounds in those 6 weeks!

ADD WEIGHTS! IF you don't have access to barbell then hold dumbbells, kb, anything provides weight.

When i went to visit family SC i took my pedometer with me and i ONLY clocked in about 2,000 steps!!! It's insane how inactive one can be by simply living in the suburbs and having to rely on a car for EVERYTHING!!! I live in NYC and i can clock in 20,000 steps EASY! Coming back from SC was a relief because I felt so lazy.

I stopped drinking on may 1st!!! I've become a hermit and don't go out in order to avoid drinking. I'm simply incapable of hanging out without having at least 1 glass of wine....So i just go to work and to the gym.

Yes it can be nerve wracking sometimes to walk to the weights side and be around a bunch of dudes. Some guy had the audacity to tell me to not lift so heavy because muscle won't look good on my frame. I didn't listen to him. Canned Tuna fish in water. Tilapia. Ground Lean Turkey. Chicken. Egg Whites. I seriously eat all of those things EVERYDAY and make about 80-90 grams of protein per day. And they are VERY LOW in fat, calories, and carbs.
